3.Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and the applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is a legally binding agreement between you and Growcap Account Aggregation Private Limited and/or its Lending Partners.

Definitions

You/Your/Customer/User: Any person who intends to avail a loan from Lending Partners.

Flot/Platform: The Digital Lending Application (DLA) operated by Growcap Account Aggregation Private Limited.

Lending Partner: Banks, non-banking financial companies, and other financial institutions regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

Eligibility

Loan services can be availed only by Indian citizens who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors, un-discharged insolvents, and others deemed incompetent are not eligible to avail loans.

Information Sharing

You agree that your personal information shared with Flot will be provided to the Lender for loan application assessment and other related purposes.

KYC and Credit Bureau Access

To avail of a loan, fulfillment of KYC norms and submission of necessary information with the Lender is mandatory. The KYC process will be undertaken by the Lending Partner. You also provide your explicit consent to the Lender to access your credit bureau records for evaluating your creditworthiness.

Terms of Use

You agree that your use of Loan Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. The Lender is not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising out of the use or misuse of the Services.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

The Lender reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continuation of using the Loan Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Legal action may be brought exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
